What is The Cellar Trust?
The Cellar Trust are a registered mental health charity that supports people with mental health problems. Their purpose is to support people when they face challenges with mental health, and to empower them to move forward.
Tutor Group 904 organised a 'Tutor Takeover' and created activities for all of the Year 9 Tutor Groups designed to help with relaxation and to support mental health. This raised a lot of awareness about The Cellar Trust and mental health. The activities included: group games, meditation and mindfulness colouring. They also raised money for the charity with a 'Guess the number of sweets in the jar' competition! Well done 904!
