Car Parking Information
In order to maintain the health and safety of all users of the Beckfoot and Hazelbeck Campus, we would like to remind all users of car parking arrangements, especially around the end of the school day.
We ask that only parents displaying a permit to collect students with limited mobility use the front car park (Wagon Lane entrance). If permits are required, please contact your child’s Base Leader/Head of Year.
Regular patrols of the car park take place to check on these permits and the use of disabled badges in marked spaces.
As we are sure you will appreciate, disabled spaces and pick up points at the front of school are required for the safe collection of Hazelbeck students and those students at Beckfoot with limited mobility, and we appreciate your support in this matter.
New Speed Limits from Sept 2018
The Traffic and Highways department of Bradford Council have acted to make the roads around the Campus safer with the lowering of the speed limit on Bradford Road (B6265) from 40mph to 30mph from Cottingley Road (near Kiddi-crèche) to Ashfield Court. Additional measures are in place to limit speed of 20mph as shown below around the start and end of the school day. Could we also take this opportunity to remind visitors that the speed limit on Campus is 10mph.
