Removal of Catering Cash Payment Machines in Schools

Click here to download letter to families

Effective from 31st August 2025, all catering cash payment machines in school will be removed. Pupils will no longer be able to pay for their meals by cash in school and we will become a cashless site.

Moving forward, all payments for school meals will need to be made through the ParentPay system, which allows for secure, cashless transactions and provides a convenient way for parents to manage their child's meal payments online.

Key points to note:

  • Date of Change: 31st August 2025
  • New Payment Method: ParentPay (no cash payments will be accepted)
  • Benefits: Enhanced security, reduced cash risk, convenience, and efficiency

We understand that this change may require some adjustment, and we are here to support you through this transition. Many of you already have ParentPay set up, so this change will not affect you.

If you have not yet registered for ParentPay, please do so at your earliest convenience Instructions for registration and use of ParentPay can be found on our school website.

For any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Student Facilities Office on 01274 771444 or email SFO@beckfoot.org. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to improve our services for the benefit of our students.
