Mrs Duddle and Mrs Kelley recently attended a virtual awards ceremony fo
r The Lockdown Learning Awards 2020. Hosted by Renaissance Place this celebrated all the work that schools across the UK have been doing to encourage and maintain reading during lockdown. They won the Social Butterfly Award for Secondary schools! This was for their communication with parents, students and teachers to provide: support with reading, a range of reading materials whilst books couldn't be physically borrowed and celebrations of the successes of those who achieved their Accelerated Reader targets.
