From Tiny Acorns Mighty Oak Trees Grow

Dear Parents and Carers

As Head of Year 11 it has been my privilege to be part of your child's journey through Beckfoot since Year 7. They have grown into caring, kind and determind young adults showing resilience and care for each other through some difficult times.

Tpo recognise this we would like to ensure that they will be a part of Beckfoot history and that they give something back to School as they leave Year 11 in th Summer.

We would like to plant 10 trees on an area of the site between Bradford Road and the large Astroturf - The Class of 2022 legacy Wood. Our engineering students have created a plaque to mark the area which can be seen below.

To do this requires us to raise some money. The Silver Birch and Rowan trees we wish to plant will cost around £500 so we are asking for donations from parents to help us fund this. A donation of £2.00 on behalf of each child in the Year group will allow us to plant the Class of 2022 Legacy Wood.
