Congratulations!

This year’s 2021 Pearson National Teaching Awards have recognised Rachael Duffy, our Head of History, for her outstanding work over the last 18 months and as an excellent practitioner. She has been awarded a Certificate of Excellence and we are incredibly proud of her.

Rachael, like so many of her colleagues here at Beckfoot, was determined not to let the pandemic affect her students or the work of her subject. She has demonstrated throughout lockdown the absolute commitment we have to our young people and we are thrilled she has received this Award.
