Confirmation of arrangements for collecting Summer 2022 exam certificates from Beckfoot School Reception:

All candidates must collect their Exam certificate(s), it is an important document and must be kept safely. The candidate must produce a valid form of photo ID. 

We are aware we have lots of ex-students who are at work, college or university and ask that a trusted friend or family member collects the certificates on their behalf. Please click the link and complete the form to give authorisation for someone to collect your certificates, this should be printed out and brought with the person appointed, it must be signed by both parties (we cannot accept an email signature), the signature will form part of the ID check on collection.

If the candidate has all their ID with them, we will accept a photocopy and a valid form of photo ID from the person collecting the certificates, with the Authorisation form. The candidate or their appointed representative will also have sign to say they have collected the certificate. 

We no longer post certificates as JCQ regulations advise they are collected in person. If the certificate is not collected before Summer 2023, it will be destroyed under JCQ guidelines, costs of a replacement 'statement of results' from the Awarding Exam Board will be the candidate's responsibility.
