A big thank you to four of our amazing sixth form students who generously gave their time to support Beckfoot Priestthorpe during their special Eid assembly and afternoon craft activities on Tuesday.
They were incredibly engaging, answering questions and helping children learn about the meaning and traditions of Eid, while creating an inclusive and exciting atmosphere for everyone involved.
In the morning, Beckfoot Priestthorpe’s Early Years and Year 1 pupils enjoyed making beautiful crowns in preparation for a special Eid lunch. Later in the day, the rest of the school took part in a variety of creative craft activities, producing some fantastic work.
