Open Evening - Thursday 17 September 2026
Look around our school, talk to staff and students and hear from the Headteacher, Mr Simon Wade. He will give presentations throughout the evening when the hall is full, starting from 5:30pm.
Student Voice and Leadership
Our school is an inclusive community where all students voices are heard. Through effective communication and strong leadership, we deliver positive initiatives in our school, our local community and the wider world. We build a community where learners help shape their own bright futures through active participation in school life.
BSL (Beckfoot Student Leadership)
Our BSL group includes representatives from all levels of the school. Following a school election our representatives will:
- Listen to the student body
- Drive forward student-led initiatives
- Work with teachers and senior leaders to improve school experience, our local community and the wider world
We value student voice and democracy. This is how we work to grow as a school and make changes for the better. Every single opinion counts and will be heard.
