Ski Trip to Italy 2027 – complete application form here from Monday 16 March 2026 at 7:00pm

Like last year, for applications, priority will be given to students who did not participate in this year’s ski trip, are currently in Years 10 and 12, and submit their applications within the first hour.

The first 45 students will be notified on Thursday 19 March 2026 and will then be required to pay a deposit of £150.00 within 72 hours. If the deposit is not received by Monday 23 March 2026, your child will lose their space and it will be offered to the next person on the waiting list. A payment schedule will then be set up once deposits have been received so that students can pay in instalments over the course of the year.

Students who have previously taken part in the Ski Trip have found it to be a most rewarding experience. They have reported that they have increased confidence due to learning a new skill, experiencing a different culture and being part of a team. The students who go on the ski trip will be representing our school. It is therefore imperative that their behaviour is exceptional. In the event of serious incidents occurring whilst we are away, the school will reserve the right to send students home at the expense of parents/carers.

Please note; that your child’s place on the ski trip is subject to their continued good behaviour throughout the school year.

Yours faithfully,

Omar Awan
