Summer Term Reward Trip
Your child has been congratulated for their excellent attitude to learning, attendance and behaviour during this academic year. As a reward we are inviting them to join our Reward Trip to Blackpool Pleasure Beach theme park on Monday 13 June 2022.
This is our first opportunity to run the end of year reward trip for over 2 years and we hope you and your child are as excited as we are to celebrate their success.
This trip has been subsidised by school but we are requesting a parental contribution of £30 which covers the cost of transport and admission fees. Students may also need money for lunch and drinks or they can bring a packed lunch with them. This will be a non-uniform day. It would be advisable for students to bring a waterproof jacket and sun cream to protect them against the British summer!
We will be travelling to Blackpool Pleasure Beach by private coach, departing school at 08:45 prompt and returning by approximately 17:30. Please make arrangements for your child to return home at this later time. If collecting by car, please park in the school car park and NOT in the bus bay or in Wagon Lane, to avoid congestion.
If a student receives a school detention before the trip they will not be able to go and their payment will be returned.
This trip has been added to your ParentPay account and consent is also on ParentPay cut-off date to reserve a place on the trip is Friday 27 May. Pupil premium money will not be used to fund this trip but it can be paid in instalments.
We hope the students will have as good a time as us.
