Bronte Parsonage Visit

On Thursday 14th June, 20 Year 12 English literature students visited Bronte Parsonage in Haworth. Although it was a blustery day (very atmospheric!), the students got a real feel for Haworth life, taking a tour of the village and learning about the history of the place from a visit to the cemetery. The students were also treated to an in-depth talk from a Bronte expert, improving their knowledge of the Bronte family, as well as being introduced to different literary perspectives on the famous novel Wuthering Heights.
